How we store your personal information

Your information is securely stored on our systems which are secure password-protected and which we do not share with other people or organisations unless you request it.

We keep contract information on our customers such as personal contact details, invoices, etc for the duration of the contract and thereafter for seven years as an archive record. We will then dispose of your information by deleting electronic data and shredding all relevant documents.
